Shipping policy

We aim to ship all our products as soon as possible. However, due to different warehousing locations, we are not able to provide exact shipping time. If you'd wish to enquire about specific product, please use contact form.

In stock - item is ready for immediate dispatch to customer
Available to order  - item is available for order from manufacturer (slightly longer delivery time, but will be dispatched as soon as possible - contact us for ETA of certain product)
Available on backorder - item can be ordered, but we're awaiting next batch to be manufactured
Sold out - all stock is sold (please send message to check if the item will be available again)

International shipment
International shipping is available upon custom request. If you would like your products to be shipped outside UK, please contact us before placing order. All tax, customs and clearance fees are subject to be paid by customer.
