How long it takes for products to be shipped?
Depends where product is stocked. If the item you want to buy is in our local stock, it will be dispatched the same day. If product is warehoused by manufacturer, it will usually be shipped within 1-3 working days. Shipping may take longer, if product is imported from manufacturer based outside UK or if product is made to order.

 

Why are prices so high?
We're always trying to provide our products at best possible prices. However, there are hundreds of other shops and updating inventory and pricing is very time consuming and complicated process, so sometimes we might miss out on something. If you think any of our products is overpriced - give us a shout via contact form - and we'll see if we can provide it at lower price than listed or match and beat best available offer ;)

 

Why is shipping price "weird"?
Sometimes, depending on products you chose, they might be shipped from two separate warehouses - i.e. one item from our store, the other one directly from manufacturer. It happens because some of the products are made to custom order and to speed up process, they might be shipped directly from manufacturer to you. Shipping is free for orders above 50GBP. However, if your shipping quote seems unnecessarily high, please contact us directly - if it turns out to be some glitch/mistake, we will correct the shipping price for your order.

 

Is it possible to pick up products in person?
Of course, yes! Contact us to arrange suitable collection time from our venue in Southampton. Some items may also qualify for local express delivery, which will be validated when placing order.

 

Do you sell parts/products for other cars?
Absolutely, yes. While we are specialised in Honda/Honda Accord, we can provide parts and products for any other vehicles, including custom orders for items not listed in online store at all. Use contact form and we'll get back in touch to provide quote.

 

How does import service work?
We are offering custom import service from many locations all over the world - including Japan, USA and European Union. If you have something particular you want to buy - let us know. We can also provide "mystery box" kinda deal - you tell us about your interests and we'll search international markets for goods that may suit your style within budget provided.
